Sean Unwin - Overseeing International Property Development Projects

Sean Unwin is a Sydney executive who serves as managing director with FWTI. He delivers consulting solutions spanning equity and debt capital funding, mergers & acquisitions, and property development. Sean Unwin guides investments from the UAE to select Australian real estate markets. He is in the process of creating an Abu Dhabi Equity Fund in tandem with UAE-based Fund Managers, he excels at feasibility assessments and site acquisitions.

Mr. Unwin previously held positions as CEO and chief financial officer of the RK Group, where he worked to expand market share in areas such as regulated funds management and property acquisition and development. Working with key stakeholders across Australia and the UAE, his role was to present project feasibilities for viable property developments and ensure that operational requirements were met.

As LDM Global managing director, Mr. Unwin oversaw professional services consulting for a global provider of cybersecurity, digital forensics, and electronic discovery solutions to insolvency and legal practitioners. He held executive accountability for an Australian team with the ability to draw upon an India-based legal and accounting outsourcing centre. Sean Unwin planned and executed a number of M&A transactions, and negotiated contracts with various clients and suppliers.
